Water intake journal ~ there is a App for that

Did you know that you can calculate that by dividing your total body weight . So say you weigh 160 pds then your ounce of water per day is 80 ounces.
There is a great iPhone app for helping you track your daily water.
It is called WaterLogged. Very useful as you can set it to give you prompts.
