Fitness SUCKS~ There, I said it.

Let’s just put the cards on the table. Fitness does suck major suck.

But to be healthy we must do it. I’m a walker, a track walker.

I found this to be the easiest for me~ after the pain of mile 1.5 ,

there is a numbness~(endorphins} that kick in and then it’s all gravy.

I’ve a system pretty down that I use to trick myself ~

Hard Candy CHECK

Up Beat music CHECK

Water CHECK

Good footwear CHECK

I use a smart phone APP that has a GPS that logs it all for me~ SWEET

and off I go. Into week 8 ~ average 4.5 miles a day~ 6 days a week.
